| EXTRAORDINARY MINISTER
OF THE EUCHARIST |
| Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist assist at
Mass with the distribution of the consecrated Hosts and wine. Training - Attendance is required at a workshop at the Archdiocesan Center ( 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on a Saturday ). Training sessions are held in the fall and spring. We also have a training session in the Parish that is required. Time Commitment - Ministers serve at one of the weekend Masses on Saturday night or Sunday with the opportunity to serve at weekday Masses and Holy days. Eucharistic Ministers are also encouraged to bring the Eucharist to our homebound and sick parishioners. |
